WA Buildinspect has over 20 years’ experience in the construction and inspection industry. Our principal inspector Joe Cicirello has been a supervisor and construction manager in the Perth area having built many types of properties from unit developments through to luxury homes. His understanding of the building process, the Australian construction codes and standards will be an added advantage in providing an accurate and informed building report for you. Having built hundreds of homes in the Perth metro area in his capacity as a supervisor and construction manager his knowledge of construction and potential issues ensures that the report you receive gives you peace of mind and confidence.
We keep up to date with the latest best practice inspection processes with constant training sessions by the leading industry organisation Housesafe. This ensures that the reports you receive are accurate and informed.
