A basic structural pre purchase building report complies with AS 4349.1-2007 Appendix A. The purpose of the report is to provide advice to a prospective purchaser regarding the condition of the structure of the property. It is a visual assessment of the accessible areas of the property to identify major defects to the building structure and to form an opinion regarding the general condition of the structure of the property.

Comprehensive pre purchase building inspection report

The comprehensive pre purchase building inspection report is a very thorough report that provides a visual assessment of the property to identify defects and safety hazards. It also includes all the items from the structural pre purchase building report. This report will give you, the purchaser, peace of mind knowing the general condition of the property. This extensive report which exceeds AS 4349.1- 2007 includes, but not limited to the following areas
